[DL] Hangin' Judge mini substitute?

Howdy --

With the Hangin' Judge minis becoming the stuff of legend, I've been looking 
for reasonable substitutes.  I may have found a doozy.

Reaper Miniatures has four figs representing each of the elementals (Air, 
Fire, yadda yadda yadda).  The Air mini is big, looks a bit like a 
traditional Ghost of Christmas Past (without the skeletal hands), and is 
packing no weapons.  BUT -- it just might have the right shape about it to 
become a decent Hangin' Judge.  How hard could it be to scratch-build pistols 
with scythe bayonettes, and make some bandoliers to wrap around it's 
shoulders?
