Say, I was thinking of using someone like that in my HOE game. But in 
reality, it's Sigmund Freud, come back harrowed with the manitou in the 
driver's seat. He's using his powers to figure out what the posse's worst 
fears are and bringing them to life. Of course, no one suspects the kindly 
old man with the calming voice who just looks a bit like Freud.....
