     I love the idea of using one of the "Reconstruction" Cities as a
setting.  I've been considering using Atlanta, simply to make things
interesting.  One of my players suggested using another country as the
setting for our campaign, but that seems just wrong to me.  It would seem as
though BNW would lose too much by placing it somewhere else.  Isla Delta
might work, but I'm not sure what I could do with it.  Any thoughts?
