[BNW] BNW with Other Systems?

Has anyone considered trying to revive BNW using
another system? I was thinking specificlly about
Silver Age Sentinels since the Tri-Stat system is so
easy to work with. While we as fans might not be able
to get the cash to buy and publish BNW there is no
reason why someone like Guardians of Order could not
do it.
