It's an interesting thought. The re-introduction of
Alphas could be good or bad depending on who they
align with. However I doubt that people would just
wake up one day with Chicago back. At the least all
the water in the bay is going to be displaced causing
tidal waves on par with the ones that happened at the
vanishing. It's going to be a big mess and it could
spell the end of C2.
