Re: [BNW] Good News and Bad News
Hey yall.............
Been away for a while, but it's been interesting catching up on all the
posts. Lots of good things I read..... some I agreed with, some I didn't,
but all fun to read. Only thing I wish I had been on to resond to was a
couple of the posts regarding the mass murders in NYC, Washington D.C., and
PA, but as it's all said and done, I wont rehash. Let's just say that
this is one American that, stupidly or not, prayed to be granted some of
these powers we play in BNW for just long enough to save one live........
just one.
Anyhoo........ things have radically changed (campaign wise) at Primer
Chattanooga. I'm sorta of...... well..... on the run. BUt enough of
that nonsense, to the important posting Matt made.......

AEG needs more warehouse space. They're actually having to store books
outside their warehouse in the California high desert. Even in a desert,
this
isn't the best thing to do. As such, to make room they're going to get rid
of
all their remaining BNW books by recycling them. >>
Hmmm....... a sad recycling thought, but here's hoping they will rise again,
like a Delta perhaps? Hmmmmmm....
<<On the "good news" front, AEG has happily given me permission to write up a
piece on what was really happening in Brave New World all along. When each of
you bought into the game, you signed on for a mystery, and I don't think it's
fair to keep you hanging forever. >>
This makes me happy and sad at the smae time. Happy that we will see at
least ONE other BNW 'Sourcebook', sad that it sounds like The End.....of
published materials. I hope that the Alpha Rules will be included....... a
certain Defiant named Rebel X (remember him Encaf?? He WASN'T wrong
unfortunatly).... who met an untimely death (maybe) awaits in the "Dead
Character File"!!
<<I'm fully booked for the next few weeks on paying projects, so it will be a
while before I can get to this project and give it the attention it deserves.
I'm currently planning to publish it as a PDF on my website
(www.fullmoonent.com). It will likely be done as donationware. It's free, but
if you like it, I won't refuse any donations freely given. Think of it as a
street performance for the web>>
Hey.... I'm the last one to insist on a rush job for something this big, BNW
world-wise. Besides.......... the man's feeding his family!!! I do
hope we see something on here telling us that the day has arrived. I'll
be glad to pay Matt. An ammount equal to that paid for the published
books sound fair?
<<Anyhow, I hope to have something ready for you well before the end of the
year. When I do, I'll be sure to post here to let you know. >>
Ahh.....well....... See what happens when ya don't read the entire
message before starting a response?? Ya sound stupid! heh heh
heh Sorry
