Horribly reported. . . but there is a kernel of truth there.

It has been stated on several news stations that there have seen explosions 
in Kabal, Afganistan.  The US is reporting that those explosions were not 
caused by US military action - but more like Afgani rebels retaliating for 
an earlier Taliban attack on a rebel general.
