Yeah, scrappers are tough SOB's. Between the strength, the regeneration
and the armor... I definitely consider them to be one of the best "all
around" power packages (them and blasters have the best combo of basic,
no-nonsense, powers).

My problem was that the guide thought 2d6 was too weak so he gave all the
regs 3d6 base. Then he sent a dozen of them after us. Problem was, my
bouncer had a 3d6 strength (albeit +3) so he wasn't exactly kicking their
butts in HtH.
