Re: [BNW] A true Super Hero team for BNW (Matt Fobeck)

Magician, I really hate to complain but I couldn't follow what you were
talking about at all. If English is not your first language, I understand
how tough it can be, but please take some effort to do the following:

1. Break your posts into paragraphs.
2. Use more punctuation, not less. Commas are your friend.
3. Spellchecking is good, but make sure you get the right "there" and have
all the words you need.

I'm not trying to be mean. I make typos a lot. But I really had a hard
time understanding what you are asking about.

As for your proposed ideas, that's fine, and would probably make a good
campaign idea (if I understood you correctly). Although I'm not sure why a
super-hero team is such a radical idea -- my campaign had a Defiance-based
delta team (and delta is just a funky word for super).

As for evil always winning, that does seem to be a trend in games these
days (hardly a Pinnacle innovation -- White Wolf games are all about that
concept). I don't see BNW as falling into that. Sure, the bad guys are in
charge. But there is hope -- it isn't a totally lost cause. You can take
away a lot of the sting if you want. One thing that I've toyed with is
what happens if Kennedy dies? He's old, after all. And even if he had
alpha-level healers helping him, BNW doesn't seem to have anyone who can
extend life beyond what is normally possible. I would think that even
Lazari (however that would be pluralized) would grow old and die, and
eventually be unable to resurrect themselves. You could start from there
-- a nation rebuilding itself after decades of tyranny.

Just some thoughts.
