RE: [BNW] Covenant

That's no way to act. The fact is that the product wasn't selling up
to their desired level, and they couldn't continue it economically.
Game publishers aren't in the business for their health. In fact,
even "profitable" games don't make all that much money - you could
run a supermarket and get a better return on your money.
So don't get angry at AEG. If you want to do something, promote the
game to people who don't play it. Talk it up. Run demos. Make BNW a
popular game through your enthusiastic support of it. You would
agree, I hope, that it's better than the lame Marvel and DC games
currently being sold, and better than "Abberrant," the White Wolf
gorehounds' failed attempt to pretend to heroism? Then let people
know it!
Incidentally, one of the few things I am surprised at in the Covenant
book is the lack of description of other groups. Nothing was said
about the Kabballah, the Jewish group that supposedly is involved
with the Israeli secret service. And nothing about Protestant groups,
some of whom must be even more vocal about their battles against evil
than the Covenant. This is an opportunity for us to put something
together - whether it gets published, or whether we'll only cherish
it in our hearts to our dying day.
