On first glance it seems a bit strong (a variation of the spike?). How
about some disadvantages?

Like, after extended use, the armor doesn't grow back in full, or some
part always stays armor (a hand for example - to stay within the
witchblade line of thought)?

The Delta might gain the obvious Quirk by that (which is always fun to
play out in an airport ;-)).
