But we *don't* know about any of that.

In the main book, Matt says to "just pick 3 or 4 packages" to be an alpha 
until the alpha rules come along.

HOwever, unless someone can correct me, we *never* see an example of an 
alpha who has more than one package -- instead, they are suped-up versions 
of the delta packages (ignore the art, of course).  And even then, we only 
know they are alphas...not what that means.  And some of the alphas 
(Devestator, frex) have powers that haven't been mentioned as delta level 
powers.  Not that they couldn't be, but that they just haven't yet.

Also, the alphas seem to have wider ranges of power levels within the alpha 
level -- otherwise Superior wouldn't have been so ...well...superior to any 
other alpha.

Stuff to think about.
