[BNW] Another Power Package

Hello, all. I am back. I was out of town for about a week, so I could not
access my computer. Anyways, I thought up another power package. This one is
based on my favorite Marvel hero, Cannonball.

BULLET

Powers:

Flight- The bullet has the ability to fly. However, his flight powers are
restricted somewhat. First, he may only fly in a straight line. Second, he
may only fly at pace 250, no faster, no slower. These reckless flight powers
are hard to control. To "blast off," the hero must make a challenging (10)
flying roll. Failure means he does not take flight. A disastrous roll
results in the bullet flying off in a random direction (this can be very
bad). Roll 1d6, and the result is the clock-face direction he goes. To stop,
the bullet must make another challenging (10) flying roll. Failure means the
bullet continues in the same direction without stopping. A disastrous roll
means the bullet changes course to a random direction. Check direction as
stated earlier.

Armor- While in flight, the bullet has armor 30/-. This helps protect
against the force of his high speeds. It also slightly protects against
sudden impact.

Ram- When the bullet strikes a person or object, he deals 10d6+10 points of
massive damage. Since this is like a charging attack, the damage is dealt to
the bullet as well. Luckily, his armor helps stop most injuries.

Tricks:

Direction change- While in mid flight, the bullet may use an action to
change direction. With an extra success on a challenging flying roll, the
bullet can stop, shift his body position, and blast off in a new direction.
Treat failures as you would treat failures for a stopping roll.

Super Fly (hehehe)- With each extra success on the initial flying roll to
blast off, the hero can add 20 to pace, 2/- to armor, and 1d6+1 to ram
damage.

Thanks for taking the time to read my message. I think this package might
work, but I thought I'd let you decide. By the way, if you want me to stop
sending these power package e-mails, just let me know.
