[BNW] Update on Caiman City

Dear List!

With the help of Cameron i have updated some information, namely put
in Cameron sketches and a new character.

Judging from your responses everybody is wracking his or her mind
about new deltas fitting into the setting.

But what about the "norms"? I guess, there is a LOT of room for
conventional (or not-so-conventional but definitely not-Delta)
characters in this city.

Any full-fledged ideas for those kind of people?
