As far as the other books, a lot is going to depend on what your characters
are.  Bargainers is obviously only useful if you have a bargainer or perhaps a
covenant pc.  (or major npc)

Glory Days has a lot of packages and information, but it's very specialized
info.  (big war machines, territory-specific Power packages, Delta history
"golden age" style)

Crescent City, a good book.  Although a little limited if you're not going to be
in the area.  You didn't mention where the campaign is.

I would suggest picking up Evil Unlimited.  Nasty little group and they're
everywhere. Admittedly  I was hoping they'd be a bit more like Hydra than just a
super-mob..but it's that type of game :)
