[BNW] Character Format (Caiman City)

Hello Everybody!

I have put up a new character on the CC-Website: The Badge.

In effect I am testing the format in which all characters would be
represented (this is the maximum, for some the stats or background
might be reduced - but since we strive for quality...).

What do you think of this format? If we accept this, then please have
those other characters rolling in ;-).
