[BNW] Caiman City Brain Storming

Greetings one and all,

Any progress on Caiman City ?

I was thinking if this is to be something everyone who is interested 
contributes in, those who are interested could perhaps do certain areas. For 
example, Mr Nuke, rabid supporter of Delta Prime that he is, could handle 
burea matters, such as personel, history or transfers etc - anything to do 
with Delta Prime. Encaffinated one strikes me as the best for DFL and 
sporting relaxtion matter perhaps.

Anyway, divvying it up into areas we are all interested in contributing to 
could prod peoples imagination and get some more traffic on the list.
