[BNW] Character Generator and background PDF

I realize this is tech info that probably is apocryphical and partially 
off topic, but who created the Brave New World character generator 
program and how was it made? The first is for the reason that I'd like to 
thank the person, the second is so that I might possibly use the same 
process for other uses.

(I suspect that the program is some kind of compiled Access thing, which 
is using a product of Evil Empire #3, but I don't know how it works to 
fill out an Acrobat form, which is the product of an honest and moral 
company, Adobe.)

An operational note: if someone sends you a generated character sheet, 
you must have that form placed in the same folder that contains the 
generator program. Apparently that information "overlays" the PDF master 
form that you get when you install the program, and when you try to open 
it up, it "looks" for that master form.

Also, since the offical BNW web sites are down, I have no access to the 
"background" PDF that copied pages from the BNW rulebook. I'm adding new 
players to my campaign and I'd like to send them that PDF, in lieu of 
explaining everything or doing a lot of Xeroxing. If someone who was 
perceptive enough would E-mail the PDF to me at tomreed@sundial.net, I 
would appreciate it.

NOTE: DO NOT SEND IT TO THE LIST! I won't get it, and you'll make the 
list coordinator mad.
