This is exactly what I've done with my campaign - good to see someone else
experimenting with the game's structure! With that similarity, I feel
confident in saying a few things about the sourcebooks:

Ravaged Planet - Don't be fooled by the 'Player's Guide' label. Frankly, RP
is an essential book for a BNW campaign. 10 major packages, information on
the Covenant, material on Crescent City, the USA and (in passing) the rest
of the world. In a perfect world, the two hardcovers would have been
collated into a single book, but there you go. You really need to grab this
one.

Delta Prime - extremely useful book. Lots of data on the structure and
methods of DP, agent uniforms and training, life in the USA and so forth.
Pretty pivotal for any DP focused game.

Defiants - not bad, but not essential. The packages are handy, as is the
data on how the various Defiance groups operate, but not central for a DP
game.

Crescent City - don't have it yet. Should be handy, at least for the city
info.

Glory Days - don't have it yet. I don't really want to get it, because my
campaign isn't going to touch on WWII at any point - but I want the power
packages.

Bargainers - don't have it yet. Very low priority, since I use my own
version of the supernatural in my campaign.

I'd say get RP, then Delta Prime, then probably Crescent City. Defiants is
probably more useful than Glory Days, while Bargainers is only needed if you
want to focus heavily on magic.
