Very well done!  Now, that's putting some thought behind matters.

I would also bet that the Aquarian speech capabilities and the new dialect 
is a somewhat best kept secret.  Sure, there are Aquarian deltas in Prime, 
but I think that of all the delta types, the Aquarians seem to look for a 
community bond among themselves.  Perhaps there's even more we don't know, 
and they aren't telling...
