[BNW] Power Package Plusses

Okay, I was just checking out Steve Crow's site and reading his rankings of 
the Power Packages power levels.  Under the Genius heading he mentions all 
the skills that they get.  Did I miss this when I read the package?  I don't 
remember it saying that they get any more skills than normal.  Does anyone 
use the +5 bonus to add more skills?  If so, do you do the same thing with 
the packages that have an add to strength? Just wondering.
