[BNW] New Brave New World Site/New Power Pacj\kages

Well I've started building my own BNW site. There is
not a lot there right now, just some power packages
which I've included here. However I'm busy working on
it as we speak so by the time you read this there
should be somemore stuff there.

Power Packages

Leapfrog

Possibly the worst named type of delta around is the
Bouncer. Sure they're hyper and all, but I've never
seen one paly hopscotch better than I can. Maybe
Bruiser would be a better name for them or maybe
Guardian. However the true bouncers of the Delta world
end up being called Leapfrogs, is that fair? I mean
should a guy who can leap buildings in a single bound
be called Leapfrogs? What is wrong with this world 

Powers

Superjump: As per the Goliath trick, a Leapfrog is
able to jump long distances by making a strength roll.
He can leap two inches straight up and/or two inches
in any direction for each success he gets on his roll.
If he leaps into a foe then this is treated as a
charge. 
Strong:Add +2 to strength rolls 

Tricks

Bounce Attack: As per the Bouncer trick 
Richochet: As per the trick 

Spellbinder

To a lot of people Delta powers seem almost magical.
This is esspecially true about Spellbinders, who seem
to have an uncanny ability for manipulating certain
cosmic forces. They are the chaos-bringers, the living
embodement of change. However the are highly dangerous
and unpredictible and only a few can control the chaos
they create. 

Powers
Chaos Blast: Spellbinders are able to project beams of
pure chaos from their hands. Use the Blaster attack
table for most information. However damage is a
special case as the Spellbinder does not actually
injure their target but inflicts some random, unlucky
event on the poor sucker. The Guide determines the
final result but it should be helpful to the
Spellbinder, although not always to her allies. These
blasts don't normally affect none living matter,
however see the tricks section for exceptions. 


Tricks
Chaos Punch: As per the Blaster trick, Blast Punch. 
Gremlin: The Gremlin trick allows the Spellbinder to
affect technological devices like robots and
powersuits as well as humans with one extra success
and the expediture of one Delta Point.
