I hate the internet. Whenever you comment on something you have to word it
perfectly, or your opinion and the main point of your message, is lost
because somebody reads what you say in the wrong way. You can see it
yourself. From the whole of my message you picked up on two words which go
against your opinion. To me the sentence "It just goes to show how stupidly
overpowered most comic book characters are compared to the BNW setting"
means exactly the same as "it just goes to show how stupidly underpowered
BNW characters are compared to most comic book settings). The phrase
stupidly is used to emphasise the vast difference between them. The main
point was an agreement about Spiderman being alpha class (at
least) by analysing what his abilities might be in the setting.
