Sentinels are machines that are controlled by a program. Simply add in a few
lines like "do not attack so and so" or some such. Ever see Robocop, same
sort of setup. (just don't get fired)

I dunno . . . if they were built by DP they'd be programmed to hunt down
rogue, unregistered Deltas.  By virtue of the fact they were working for DP
their creators would be safe.
