[BNW] Different effects

I've finally got the over 400 e-mails that built up in my box cleared up
after being off line for almost two months. While doing this I logged a
couple of things in the back of my head that I wanted to throw out there.
If I'm saying anything that has been said before then I apoligize in
advance.

First, there wa some talk about whether a blaster could shoot his energy
from his eyes or a hotshot throwing fire from his hands. Personally , I
have no problems with this. How you define your character is all part of
the game. Under the obvious quirk it mentions wings being something a
character could have. A flyer with this quirk could have wings at -3 ( as
Angel, of the X-Men, who could fold his to his back to conceal them) or at
-5, which would be unconcealable. In the case of the blaster shoot energy
from his eyes, I might make her take the new Look skill to use it, rather
than the shooting skill. The rate of fire wouldn't change, so it wouldn't
matter if the energy came from on or both eyes. It's all in what you do to
individualize your character.

Any thoughts?

Secondly, with all this conversion of comic characters going on, I was
wondering if anyone has done a couple of groups I thought of.
1. The Soviet Super-Soldiers
Crimson Dynamo- Gadgeteer
Vanguard- Defender with a focus(or possibly a Bargainer)
Gremlin- Genius
Ursa Major- Werebear
Red Guardian-Bouncer or Scrapper
The last on was Darkstar, but there isn't any real darkness creation power
package yet.

2. The U-Foes
Ironclad- probably a brawny Tough
Vecter- Telekinesis
Vapor- Phaser with the ability activated obvious quirk of becoming mist
X-Ray- Possibly a flyer or a watcher, I haven't decided yet

Again, any toughts?
