The Nazi picture shows Erich Mannstein, Capt Krieg's
2nd in command.  The other one is unidentifed.  As far
as I can tell, Mannstein is jumping/ diving, not
flying.  The other guy though... well, let's just call
that picture propaganda art...yeah.
