AEG sent all the Webmasters JPGs for Glory Days.  The flying Nazi was
labeled
Kaptain Krieg. Although that contradicts his write-up.
I suppose you could make a Bargainer with those powers;
Gaunlets are a Blaster Delta totem and the cape a Flyer totem.
