[BNW] Strength Bonus and Throwing [Matt]

	Throwing range and weight is based upon the strength attribute (p152
Core rules).  Should the strength bonus be included in this calculation? In
other words if a character has a strength of 4D6+3 they would have a "7" for
throwing.  This is what I have done in the past. However since a Goliath
would have a strength of 10 using this calculation they could throw 1750lbs
10 "inches" (~20 meters).  [See page 142 for sizes and weights] Any
thoughts?
