It depends on who you believe, as we've had pointed out to us many times in
this series of gaming supplements and stories... the truth is relative. Peter
Payne is who pretty much everyone in the world thinks was the first, and he may
well have been. Harry Houdini claims to be the first delta. It is clearly
stated in the narrators dialogue, that he considers Houdini's claim
questionable at best. That said, he also states hat Houdini may have come
first, or Peter may have. In either case, no one knows the 'truth'. :)
