Well, I went ahead and did it. Tossed together a Power Ranking chart at my 
web site. Using my own purely subjective measurement, I "ranked" every 
existing power on a 1-10 scale. IMO, these numbers represent general 
usefulness, versatility, and "subtlety" for each Delta Power (along with its 
officially published Tricks).

All of these rankings imply a hopefully-competent Guide for you. Let's face 
it - if your Guide doesn't want your Genius to ever have a chance at any 
Smarts-based skills, then the Genius is going to Rank 1 no matter what I 
say.  :)

Also tossed in a couple of new Tricks for the Communicator (along with the 
previous Translator Trick) on my site today as well.

Geez, I'm almost caught up. Now all I have to do is write this "classic" 
Brave New World adventure for the RPGA, and try to get the FAQ switched over
