[BNW] bargainers book

It was not my favorite of all the bnw books, but I think it gave up allot 
more on whats really going on than every other sourcebook printed so far.
I'm not even sure that I'll let more than one player play a bargainer in my 
game, They're hard to fit into my Delta Prime game.
But what i found interesting is the similarities between these demonic 
powers and the delta powers. What I mean is how some of the powers of totems 
or spells not only protect you from magical(demonic or angelic) powers, but 
also delta powers. And it was interesting that Bargainers or just magic user 
delta have been around for quite some time( houdini, shaman, voodooist, 
etc..), that puts into question just why have these Deltas been poping up so 
much and what is the source of there power(demonic or angelic) and who does 
it serve.
