   I would say that yes, you can Mimic a Covenant assuming that you have one to copy from.
   As for making a totem.....Hum it could happen, but remember how much the Covenant hated you before they saw you mocking God by pretending to be one of his soldiers? On the other hand what demon could resist mocking God in that way.
