Sorry, no ... the first 4th of the 21st is NEXT year.

Ther was no year 0, despite popular *mis*conception ... the year 2000 is the 
FINAL year of the 20th century.

Thanks for the well-wishing anyway!  Send them next year and they'll be all 
the more accurate!
