I just had another though about speedsters. the ulitmate weapon The Shopping
Trolly (TST) here what you do. first steal a shoppy trolly (watch out for DP
squads at your local supermarket) next fill it with heavy stuff, scrap
metal, grenades, napalm, whatever. now run very fast at your target and let
go, remeber TST will be traveling at aproximatly 144kph thats gota hurt.

if your players try this make them roll to see if the wheels are dodgy, roll
a d6 for each 50kg of stuff they put in the trolly if they roll a 1 on any
of the dice a wheel acts up and the trolly suddenly decides to turn in a
random direction (odds left evens right) unpreparded for this the speedster
must make a difficult speed check to avoid being pulled along by the
runnaway trolly. If he fails he falls off his feet and is dragged helplessly
down the road by the trolly for 100m and must make a stun check. if he
passes the stun check he can hold on if he fails the stun check he lets go
and goes tummbling into somthing. make random turns of the trolly every 50
meters
