Most of the names in my campaigns are pretty appropriate to the character and archetype.  There are a couple of exceptions ("Quorum" for a teleporter?) but, if it helps, here are some names from my cast.  Hope they help.  If you're interested in more info on them, and/or stats, please email me offlist.

I would be interested to hear how 'maxed out' your PCs are not a huge list of stats but do they all have 5 martial arts/shooting 8 strength and that perk (beserker?) that gives you an extra +3 str in combat (would that give you extra wounds?) or are they rounded charcters with 'useless' skills like cooking, lock picking (hulk smash!) etc
