And some of those vary, so it's hard to tell.  The Atom (we're talking the 
Ray Palmer version, right?) does maintain his full 180 lbs. of body mass.  
Or at least, he can turn it on and off.

The first three seem to lose mass as they shrink.

I don't recall right off hand, but I can't recall an instance of any of them 
actually being shot with a bullet at miniaturized size, or the results of 
what happens when they return to "normal" size.
