I would think that the wounds would convert, not the size.
I.e. if you have two wounds to the torso as a Goliath you would have two
wounds to the torso when you went back. This could still cause a problem
if you have 5 or 6 wounds as a Goliath.
The reason (IMO) is that the wound scales with the body. If the
Goliath-sized bargainer takes a .44 sized hole in his gut, then when he
shrinks back down the hole will shrink down too (to .357 or .38 sized).
This correlates into less damage (pts. wise) but the effect that it had on
the body will be the same (if the G-sized bargainer was missing 1/5th of
his stomach from a blaster hit, the reg-sized bargainer will still be
missing 1/5th of his stomach). So the wound levels would stay the same,
converting into less pts. damage.

I don't have my book with me, so I don't know if there is an official
rule that contradicts the above (I'm just happy to have something
distracting me from work :)
