Well, he hasn't done much yet. The PC's met him when they busted him out of 
prison with some other "unknown power" Deltas. He's a contact with Isla 
Delta, but they haven't chatted to much with him yet. Too busy chasing after 
a Detla Warior team Fear Factory. I've kept my game from breaching the 
Millenium yet (started it in early Oct. Game time and it's now late Nov.) 
and Kennedy is comming to Cresent City and the Duo is trying to figure out 
what Kennedy is up to, and trying to keep it from becoming a massacre. 
Should be fun. =]

Coolies. Once I have some time, I'll probbably put up campagin notes online
