Actually, Mr. 104 bought it too.  Darn, what a shame.  ;)  Rick Flagg was 
the Squad leader (until he himself bought it blowing up an enemy base with a 
nuclear bomb).  It doesn't really strike me as off-topic, since that issue 
(and Suicide Squad in general) strikes me as kind of the international-type 
missions one suspects Primers go on (like, to Isla Delta) when they're not 
beating up on American non-registered Deltas.  The kind of thing that, say, 
Patriot used to do.

In fact, I think in Ravaged Planet it mentions somewhere that there are 
rumors of Alphas that are let out of prison in return for government service 
on special missions and a pardon.  Which is what reminded me of the whole 
Suicide Squad thing in the first place.
