Well I do like the bomber but I do see potential for abuse, also it really
takes you out of a fight (though you take out the fight altogether)

Metallo has been harassing the Doom Patrol for years over in the DCU (before
it became a Vertigo like book). Also I think I read about one years ago in a
Marvel Handbook series (1st one) of a mutant who had this type of power. So
not original, just not too popular.
