    I'm the Guide for Theo's group, and I think the Bomber is pretty
retarded.  It's just an opinion, but it's mine.  It's not an original idea,
though.  There was a villain called Nitro in the Marvel universe, and there
was at least one bomber in DC, though I can't for the life of me remember his
name, just the fact that he wore a radiation suit all the time.  Granted, it's
never been a hugely popular type of villain/hero (Nitro was a second-string
villain) but it was out there long before BNW.
