OK, someone annoyed me and sneaked a spoiler past me. So, I know this is 
close, but not correct. Anyway. My theory on what happened taken from just 
reading the player history. (and I think it makes more sense than the part 
of the spoiler I now know, grrrr..)

What do you call someone who has a near death experience, survives 
miraculously, and then proceeds to accomplish tasks found to be impossible 
by other men? hmmm, sounds like a Delta to me. At least, I know some people 
who have been convicted on less evidence. Just in case.
More specific: How about suriving an attack by an Alpha-villain who can go 
toe-to-toe with Superior? Then running roughshod over all the checks and 
balances on executive power. Checks and balances that have stymied 
Presidents for a hundred years. Stripping power from life-long politicians 
like taking candy from a baby. Politicians who could have easily stopped 
him. (Martial law is a federal law allowing the President to 'suspend' the 
Constitution. Sorry, no law of the land may supercede the Constitution. And 
it was written that way for a reason. As a check on a Power mad man using 
Martial Law as a cloak)Stripping the states of their power of 
self-government. (The President can only declare Martial Law at the request 
of the State. Period. Another balance ignored). Keeping the American 
populace living in fear and terror for 30 years. Heck, influencing the 
people so strongly they never really question that there hasn't been an 
election in 30 years. Yeah, I bet you've taken all that for granted too. 
Never questioned he was doing what he saw as necessary. That's because on 
November 22, 1963, President Kennedy became a Delta, or even and alpha, with 
the power to mass influence minds. It's the only thing that makes sense. 
There would be way more people who would rebel on general principles against 
a Martial Law dictatorship lasting 30 years. If only for the fact that, any 
problem should be able to be fixed in 30 years! We took on the world's 
greatest power at the time to fight against tyranny and being ruled without 
representation. I can't believe that our blood has thinned so.
