You didn't think about it, did you?  :)  I didn't mean it literally, but 
rather...

If a Sneak has succeeded with his Stealth roll, then he can't be seen by the 
Snuffer.  And the Snuffer can't snuff him.

If a Sneak has failed in his Stealth roll, then he probably doesn't care 
whether the Snuffer snuffs his Sneak power or not.
