That sounds more like a complaint about the power-level of the game, and
that Deltas aren't...well, Alphas.

Granted, Matt has pretty much said he wasn't trying to balance the packages
per se. Still, and as I've noted before, Sneak is "weak" for a number of
reasons that have nothing to do with combat or domination. Simply put, it's
a power package that gives you one extra success on a single skill (even
Hacker and Charmer do better than that), and gives you an inherent ability
anyone can purchase with a Quirk point, and is useless roughly much 50% of
the time.

I don't recall anybody here that has actually complained the Sneak is
combat-weak in and of himself. Although one person did point to the fact
that a Gunner would probably be about at good, if not better, at the tactics
proposed for a Sneak (assuming he invested in Stealth) as a Sneak (who
invested in Shooting). That doesn't seem to be a complaint about a Sneak's
combat-efficiency per se, but a reasonable attempt to compare the Sneak to
other packages, whether they are a Gunner or a Hacker or a Teleporter.

It's true folks "defending" the Sneak have supported his combat strengths.
However, it's always struck me as odd, since nobody here has ever actually
lly said, "The Sneak is weak in combat" for them to defend _against_. If
you know anyone here who you has specifically complained the Sneak is weak
in combat or otherwise has the problems you cite, please identify them. Or
anyone who has, please speak up! :)

Although it strikes me as odd that anyone would think that, because if
people _really_ felt that way, you'd think the name of the thread would be
"Genius/weak" rather than "Sneak/weak". ;)
