[BNW] Trick for Scrapper or Toughs

"Parrying is for Sissies":
Scrappers and Toughs have a reputation for wading into a fight with both
fists swinging and to hell with the hits they take. To represent this the
scrapper or tough that has this trick can use two weapons without the
ambidextrous quirk. If the delta is armed with two weapons and gets an
extra success in HtH he can hit with both weapons.
There are two provisos:
1. If the two weapons are different he has to use the worse skill for the
attack. (Ie. the scrapper has a blades skill of 1 and a blunt skill of 5,
and is armed with a knife and a nightstick, to activate this trick he
would have had to use the blades skill as it is lower).
2. You can't mix fighitng and martial arts skills. The techniques are too
different so both weapons have to use the same base stat (ie.
fighting:blade and fighting:blunt or martials arts:barehanded and martial
arts:blade, etc.)

There is one other catch. When using this trick the delta is completely
ignoring any defensive techniques, as a result for the rest of the ROUND
any opponents attacking the delta in HtH don't have to apply the delta's
HtH skill as a TN penalty to their attacks and any weapon the
scrapper/tough is using gives NO DEFENSIVE BONUS. Ie. the opponent has a
straight TN of 5 against the delta in HtH. Note that there is nothing
stopping the delta from using this trick multiple times in a round. Any
extra successes to activate other tricks have to be applied to each weapon
separately.
