[BNW] My group's power packages

    I've caught a whiff of some folks thinking some of the power
packages are a little unbalanced (Goliath, for example), and I was
wondering if any any of you have had experience with the Tough, Bouncer,
Teleporter and/or Telekinetic packages.  The Teleporter is the one I'm a
little worried about, the whole teleporting people into things seems
pretty nasty.
