[BNW] Cyborgs

Just thought of an idea for a new template...

The Cyborg!

His Delta power lies in the fact that his body will readily accept 
mechanical enhancement.  This is unique and rare in the fact that it is hard 
to discover the power in the first place, and then a Gadgeteer has to 
actually invent the cyber mods.

Once he does though, the Borg's Delta powers maintain the Gadgeteer 
modifications without having to be rejuvinated like all other Gadgeteer 
gizmos

As far as powers go, I can see all sorts of powers and tricks to have fun 
with - enhanced strength, armor, and optics.  Tricks could be the integrated 
weaponry of some sort.

Robocop as a Primer anyone? ;)
