[BNW] [Matt...?] Gadgeteer "Power Armor" vs. Blasters, and Nullification

Actually, just as a note, besides the previously cited entry that seems to
affirm that Gadgeteer's armor is a Power (i.e., it's subject to power
nullification), two other things come to mind:

1) The problem isn't that Blaster PCs can ignore NPCs' Armorgeddon
suits...it's that NPC Blasters can ignore a Gadgeteer PC's armor devices!
They can already potentially get messed up by a Screamer (the rules seem to
assume that all Gadgeteers build armor that would classify as anti-Screamer,
but that's not clearly stated).

2) I'm a little unclear on the whole nullification thing mentioned in
Ravaged Planet anyway. So apparently Armorgeddon suits _can_ be nullified
by power dampeners. But the armor of the suits (and of the sample Gadgeteer
suit on page 180) is just good old-fashioned 10/3, the same as a Steel Riot
Shield. So, is the armor of a suit nullified by power nullification
devices? What about the Triumph 300 (basically a slightly tinkered Colt
M16A2) the Gadgeteer suit mounts?

I can see losing the flight and the strength, but will power nullification
zap the pretty-much-standard gun and armor of the Armorgeddon and Gadgeteer
suits as well?
