[BNW] Pre Delta Characters

   Question, has anyone tried to run a game where the characters start out 
normals and then become deltas in play?  I was wondering about this more from 
the point of if you build characters normally and then gave them packages 
what happens with build in disads for packages.  By this I mean what if a 
hero is Scrawny and Beautiful and changes into a Goliath?  What happens with 
to their positive quirks?
   Also, could a Goliath buy Beautiful and Scrawny during normal character 
creation?
