Well, they don't say that Shepherd is president, but they do note that he is 
a millionaire, and that when he writes checks, Deltas ask "How high?"  This 
doesn't exactly suggest that he is inactive or absent.

Certainly I could come up with any number of campaign-personal reasons why 
the company seems to have two CEOs (Batman Beyond and Wayne vs. Powers?).  
Just wanted to know if this had "officially" been explained.
